AI doesn't make a film.
Production does.
Cuelist is the production system that holds a real AI film together — script to take to delivery. Built for working filmmakers who need continuity, dependencies, and review across hundreds of generations.

AI generators are getting incredible. The work around them is still a mess.
Prompts live in spreadsheets and Discord threads. References scatter across folders. Every generation starts from zero. Continuity is a series of accidents. When a director says “change Sarah's costume,” nobody knows which shots that touches — because nobody knows what shots exist.
That's the gap between a tech demo and a finished film. AI shortened the generation step; production didn't get faster with it. If anything, it got harder, because now there's ten times more material to keep coherent.

The script
Every shot, character, environment, and asset, with attributes that travel from concept to delivery. Names, descriptions, references, relationships — defined once, reused everywhere a generation is made.

Dependencies
When Sarah's costume changes in episode 3, you see every shot, take, and asset that depends on it. Stop discovering downstream breakage in review. Start making informed decisions about what's worth changing.

Real review
Submit takes for review. Approve or send back with notes. Assign work to artists. See what's pending, what's stalled, what's done. The same workflow your live-action production already runs on, finally available for AI work.

The agent
“What's still unapproved for episode 2?” “Show me everything that uses the warehouse environment.” “Who's blocked?” A conversational layer over your production data — not another chatbot, but a window into the script itself.

Built by a filmmaker first, for filmmakers.
I built Cuelist because I needed it. Every production hit the same wall: the generators got better, the chaos got worse. So I started mapping the system that was missing.
If you're trying to make serious AI work — narrative shorts, features, episodics, branded films — and the production layer keeps collapsing under the weight of the generations, this is for you.

A few things people ask.
Does Cuelist replace Veo, Kling, or Runway?
No. Cuelist sits above them. You generate wherever you want — we organize, version, and review the output. Today we connect to Google, OpenAI, Replicate, and more, with file-based ingestion for anything else.
Who owns the work I make in Cuelist?
You do, completely. Cuelist stores your work in your storage and your account. We never claim rights to anything generated.
Is this for individuals or studios?
Both. The single-user mode is great for solo filmmakers. The collaborative mode (assignments, reviews, multi-role permissions) is built for teams.
When does it open up?
We're rolling out access in batches over the coming weeks. Joining the waitlist gets you in line — earlier signups go first.
